Great news for girl watchers: Ogling over women’s breasts is good for a man’s health and can add years to his life, medical experts have discovered. According to the New England Journal of Medicine, “Just 10 minutes of staring at the charms of a well-endowed female is roughly equivalent to a 30-minute aerobics work-out” declared gerontologist Dr. Karen Weatherby.

Dr. Weatherby and fellow researchers at three hospitals in Frankfurt, Germany, reached the startling conclusion after comparing the health of 200 male outpatients – half of whom were instructed to look at busty females daily, the other half told to refrain from doing so. The study revealed that after five years, the chest-watchers had lower blood pressure, slower resting pulse rates and fewer instances of coronary artery disease.

so girl's if you want ur another half to live longer , dont forbid them to stare at other girl ok ?? this is not their desire is because they have to stare other pretty girl in order to live longer with you

所以人更應該懂得知足　而不是無止盡的追求深不見底的慾望

有時候最簡單　最原始的　最初的或許才是最好...

有些人或許常常在抱怨自己不夠快樂　不夠幸福　不夠富有

但其實你跌到谷底的時候不滿足　飛到雲端還是會不滿足...

當然我的意思並不是說這一大圈是白繞了

而是應該抱著美好的心情去追尋自己的可能性　而不是總是怨天尤人

就算會回到原點　也還是走了一遭　任何喜怒哀樂都是你的回憶...

跌了跤也好　遇到挫折失敗也好

回頭看看自己的原點　那最簡單的生活　其實並沒有那麼糟　對吧？

Is Time To Retire

Today is hari perjumpaan junior for MTE majlis tingkatan enam , at 2.30pm about 45-50 student come can playing survivor match for that 28 position in our mte committee board , today got 1 funny thing happen i think those committee who knew this thing after reading this sure will LOL indeed , that was way too funny , 1 of our junior(girl) that coming for perjumpaan ahli actually look alike with 1 hong kong artist , yeah man i mean hong kong artist !! "bak liong kam" that guy often act alot in stephen chow movie , even malay guy knew him and he agree with me that she look very alike with that artist ahhahahahaahahhhahaha !!!!! i was taiping this post with full of laughing , i think my dad will think im crazy if he sudden rush into my room hahaha , well come to the topic , after divided task those junior will be looking for advisor for their group but im unfortunately that no 1 come and look for me lolz that was lulz , is ok cuz i plan to enter somebody else task group as they request me before wahahaha !! Good luck for the junior mte this year tho... all hail mte !!!

Dancing competition at raydio

during yesterday night about 7pm , yea we reached raydio in bukit tinggi , this blog post will not contain any picture or video so might be abit disappointment for those street dancer that want to know what actually happen on that night XD we got bboy around malaysia including johor , pj , local and many more , lastly the the myth------>>>Giller battler crew !! yea they are impressive >.< especially the 2 form2 kid's so what call zuru kid'S ? they own the bboy competition champ awww !!that was respected XD , the competition divided into 4 catagoly 1.hip hop 2.locking 3.poping 4.breakdance<----coolest dance . very crowd and i just hanging around there meet some old friend and instructor , after this competition i realise that malaysia has many talented dancer , they did mostly freestyle on that competition that really awesome !!

Post Mortem babeh !!

alright during wednesday morning 10.30 we gather in school library to having a post mortem about our orientation week activity , 1st we having it with teacher and then we having it along our committee , it is wise choice to switch off the light , people will have the courage to speak out in dark dark situation so the sotry goes on bli bli bla bla !! everybody speak out their mind and SOUL , the reason they speak out is in order for those people really to change , include---->ME yea me , basically our orientation is counted success , seriously from my way of view , but quite failure from the back view , just like a apple look shine and perfect in the front but rotten on the back ? but everybody make mistake not matter in purposely(sometime mood swing :p) or carelessly think about it they also play a important role in orientation week we have 27 people , imagine we pick some of them out like 7 become 20 i guess the work will be lot more , so dont blame them so much i bet they will change , peace man if i said anything wrong sorry la har haha !! MTE<-------------- owning in whole high school because we are the best wheeeeeee !!!

yes indeed . today i encounter my junior with no sweat maybe fated to be lol !! well bringing them wondering around looking for signature and today i din get much of candy.. haha and i give to my junior as he used out of candy.. damn him !! lol , 1st experience of my life , enjoyable day in high school
